Job Detail:
Our company is seeking an Installation Manager to assist in hiring, training, recruiting and help run this growing company. You will be required to train, hire, and teach the installation process to all sub-contractors. This position is for a TYPE A personality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors for installation
Ensure jobs are installed daily.
Train, develop, and Retain installation subcontractors.
Retaining of subcontractors through training and motivating
Responsible for efficiency and performance amongst installation subcontractors
Recruit subcontractors for staffing (BIG PART OF THE JOB)

Salary (based on experience)
Minimum Prior History:
3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, and/or installation management
Track record of successfully recruiting, training, motivating of subcontractors.
Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Ability to teach others through hands-on learning methods.
Excellent presence and communication skills in presentation situations
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
