In House, a home services startup is looking for a motivated and empowered Maintenance Director in the Logan Square area (Northside), City of Chicago Northside, and the Northern Suburbs.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Highly motivated, organized, with extreme attention to detail
2. At least 5 years of experience in construction of building and remodeling homes, preferably in the City of Chicago (Northside) and Northern Suburbs
3. Proficient in process management, material procurement, bidding, budgeting, employee/vendor management
4. Experienced with email, Microsoft office, and ability to learn proprietary software
5. Ability to problem solve
6. Good communication skills
7. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Position Specifics:
Full-Time In Person (in Office & On Site)
Pay: $80K plus company car after 60 days
