About the Job
Assist with roof tear-offs, installation, and cleanup
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Work directly with the crew leader on residential roofing projects
Maintain a safe, efficient job site
This is full-time, hands-on work — you’ll be part of a crew that moves from job to job across the suburbs.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours (occasional Saturdays if needed)
Requirements
Must be dependable and willing to work outdoors
Roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
Reliable transportation to meet at job sites
Ability to lift materials and work safely at heights
