Prior experience in recruiting, especially within the transportation or logistics industry
Familiarity with the trucking industry, including regulations (e.g., DOT requirements), driving job types, and the unique needs of drivers
Familiarity with recruiting software and database (Tenstreet) to manage candidates efficiently
Needs to know how to process drivers by using PSP, MVR, DAC and other background check channels
