EMR Express, Inc. is a fast growing Dry van and Reefer over the road Trucking company.
We are currently looking for a fleet manager with experience only. Our company is experienced and stable with a goal of providing quality workplace environment and top rated service to our customers. We have been in business since 2007. We are located in Joliet, IL. Job hours : 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting of inspections of trucks and trailer ,
Conducting equipment preparations
Complete information input - driver, unit, trailer - track annual inspection, oil change and service intervals
Maintaining of good communication with all drivers
DOT inspection response if Safety Manager is not available
Other duties as assigned by Management
WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of working experience in trucking company as a fleet manager (previous experience on fleet position is required)
Excellent decision making ability and judgment
Sharing, positive and energetic team player
Open, enthusiastic, full of energy
Demonstrate good understanding of key safety principles in the transportation industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and using the Internet
