Quality Assurance Specialist

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Food Management. This role is pivotal in our team, managing the technical information and documentation of our products, ensuring compliance with various standards.Responsibilities: Manage and update technical documents for both existing and new products. Coordinate the creation and submission of certification documents for approval. Verify label accuracy and ensure it meets all technical requirements. Conduct risk assessments for new raw materials based on vendors' ingredient packet documents. Manage the database for various certifications such as kosher, halal, gluten-free, allergen, and others. Monitor expired raw materials and coordinate their usage or disposal. Ensure adherence to food safety plans and compliance with relevant legislation. Handle third-party customer document requests. Stay updated and provide regulatory and compliance information as needed.
