Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent not required
4+ years of prior printing experience
Familiar with product, equipment, finishing, printing process, and ink usage.
Basic math and reading skills
Must be proficient with PCs and possess a mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain press and in-line finishing as required.
Web press experience preferred
Description:
Operating and maintaining high-speed digital press and inline equipment.
Advance setups, changeovers, and maintenance may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.
Maintain performance of systems and quality of products including but not limited to process control, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and training.
Setup, operate, and maintain single or multiple copies of variable data using High-Speed Inkjet and all associated complex in-line equipment following all checks in place.
Read and understand job ticket/digital run list and reprint damaged documents on a daily basis
Maintain knowledge of the press, current printing processes, and develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.
