Support departmental inventory accuracy, which includes auditing material, correcting quantities, and associated root cause analysis

Support material planning, which includes determining need times and ensuring deliveries will arrive accordingly

Support projects in relation to inventory accuracy, material availability, material replenishment and continuous improvement

What It Takes

Understanding of material management (receiving, warehouse, inventory, logistics)

Knowledge of supply management processes

Data analysis and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment

Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Ability to build working relationships with an emphasis on effective written and verbal communication

Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel

Must be able to commute to the work location daily

Pursuing a degree in Supply Management, Operations Management, Business, or Engineering

Must be registered as a full-time student at a local college

Graduation date of December 2020 or later

Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year

35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
