Job Description :The CCB Remediation and Corrections (R&C) team works directly with multiple lines of business to correct harm to customers caused by business or operational process break. The Project Manager is responsible for the end to end management of correction case activities for the Credit Card book of work. The Project Manager plays a critical function in supporting the entire correction process including: identifying the correction strategy; coordinating internal resources (Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Testers, QR Analysts); engaging with partners such as Legal, Compliance, Controls, Finance, Tax, and Communications; driving cases to execution and recovery; and completing any case closure requirements.Ultimately, the Project Manager ensures the case is completed to remedy the issue, that any atonement or compensation for the customer occurs as appropriate, and that R&C Guidelines are appropriately applied and followed.Presentation and negotiation skills are critical as this role will require frequent interaction and communication with cross-functional partners, and presentation to LOB executives. A successful candidate will excel at creative thinking and problem solving; be self-motivated, confident, and ready to work in a fast-paced energetic environment; have the ability to manage changing priorities; and be skilled at working multiple complex initiatives at one time.Key Responsibilities :Facilitating regular status meetings, building timelines, publishing agendas and notes

Holding project team members accountable for meeting deliverables and established milestones

Collaborating with subject matter experts and R&C peers to understand the break, how customers were impacted and what steps need to be taken to identify and correct customers

Managing all aspects of the customer communication strategy

Providing accurate reporting on populations, financials and case health

Creating presentation decks for awareness and approvals

Communicating with senior level managers; providing visibility of current case status and obstacles

Managing all the above while adhering to the CCB Remediation and Corrections Guidelines

Qualifications :3+ years working with Card business, processes, systems and products preferred

3+ years managing issues/projects

Ability to influence and direct activities outside direct control

Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to deliver initiatives with the highest level of quality and meet and enforce deadlines

Initiative, drive, self-motivation, good judgment and commitment to taking on additional tasks to help deliver results based on established target dates

Ability to define and drive strategy by working with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Controls, Business Process Leaders, and Technology

Interface with all levels in the organization from senior management to process partners

Effectively communicate key messages and simplify complex business situations; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Navigate a global organization and be able to prioritize competing objectives

Process-oriented with strong organization and critical problem-solving skills

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for all levels

Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
