Receiving folder preparation (including CoA’S).
Systematic NAV data entry.
Unloading/Loading and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.
Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage.
Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff.
Written, verbal, and electronic communication with other departments.
Preparing FTL/LTL and small package shipments.
Maintain all Transportation Logs for all inbound/outbound shipments.
Filing and organization of all shipping related documents.
Identify and process all non-conforming material.
Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product.
Cooperate with and support department and company staff.
Maintain a professional and mature demeanor.
Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
