Occupational Therapist: 2024-2025 School Year AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Occupational Therapists who support our students throughout the state of Illinois, and we want you to be a part of our team! Here at AnthroMed, we focus solely on creating an environment for our therapists to produce and maintain better outcomes in schools. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Gages Lake area. This position involves working across multiple districts, serving students from early childhood through high school. Support we provide our clinicians: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful Clinical Support Director who offers our clinicians support throughout the school year!

Bi-weekly team meetings where all AnthroMed therapists get together to collaborate.

Location: Gages Lake

Hours: Full-Time, with flexibility within the standard hours of 8:00 am-3:30 pm.

Occupational Therapist Duties:

Complete evaluations to assess occupational needs and areas of growth.

Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students.

Assist case managers with developing student Individualized Education Plans (IEP).

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ occupational therapy needs.

Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.

Facilitate staff and community training in the area of occupational therapy and related disorders.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois.

Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois.

Preferred experience in a K-12 setting.
