Description We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop SQL databases and write applications to interface with SQL databases. The candidate will develop SQL queries, procedures, cursor, triggers, scripts, and packages to support the application development process. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance databases.Requirements
Design, develop, implement, and optimize SQL databases.
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
Write efficient, complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Use SQL reporting services to generate reports.
Perform regular database management tasks like indexing, performance tuning, and database consistency checks.
Collaborate with the development team to design and optimize database schema.
Troubleshoot and resolve any SQL database issues.
Implement best practices for SQL coding and database design.
Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL programming and a strong understanding of relational databases.
Experience with performance tuning, backup, recovery, and SQL query optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy in code testing and debugging.
Basic knowledge of SQL reporting services and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
