Job DescriptionAs a Benefits Setup Rep III, you will be part of an extremely talented team within our Client Benefits department at CVS Health. You will be responsible for analyzing client requests and performing the necessary benefits configuration testing and quality validation. You’ll work alongside other Benefits Coders, Testers, and Quality Assurance Representatives, as well as our Account Management team to deliver high quality support to our vast number of clients. Extreme attention to details important for this role, as your coding and quality assurance activities will impact not only the commercial clients at CVS Health, but the federal and state programs that we participate in, such as Medicare Part D and Medicaid.This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, as extensive training will be provided.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.50Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3+ years of professional work experience in Claims, Insurance, QA, Testing or high-production environment2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and perform the necessary Root Cause Analysis.3. Able to thrive and be successful in a fast-paced, operational environment that is client-centric4. Well organized and able to effectively prioritize work and meet the schedule5. Proactively Identify schedule and project risks and timely communicate the same to project stakeholders6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills7. Self-motivated and focused on ensuring client intent is met.
