Job DescriptionGood Sam is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager of Creative Operations, to join our team. As the Project Manager at Good Sam, you will be responsible for leading and executing various creative projects and process to drive engagement and growth for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in creative operations. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure the successful delivery of creative projects on time.Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of creative operations

Manage creative briefs, setting up project folders, assigning tasks and resources in the central PM tool, and running the project from initiation to completion

Manage and track creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs which may include campaigns, brand assets, brand content and event experiences and production

Organize, facilitate, and participate in weekly resourcing capacity and intake sessions with Creative leads and production manager to ensure clarity on project and team needs

Keep projects on track by proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks and delays. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute specific project components.

Utilize Agile methodology principles and practices for planning, managing, and delivering solutions

Schedule and facilitate stand ups, events, meetings, and decision-making processes

Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements

Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3+ years of account and/or project management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces brand-building guidelines, events programs, platforms, and marketing campaigns

Experience working on production, deployment, and optimization for both print & digital executions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects from initiation to completion.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of brand and marketing principles. Strong command of the creative process for the development of traditional media

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

PMP or other relevant certifications (optional but a plus)
