Spend your summer gaining hands-on experience in your chosen field of study at our Long Grove, IL corporate headquarters. As an Intern within our Human Resources group, you’ll be partnered with the department staff as you complete meaningful projects and contribute to corporate initiatives. You’ll also participate in the activities that support the morale and well-being of our organization. Our team is ready to help you learn and grow!Pay range: $14 - 17 per hourPrinciple ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Assist in the implementation and configuration of the system and enhancements.Generate and analyze HR reports to inform strategic decision-making.Provide training and support to HR staff and other end-users on HRIS functionalities.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.Collaborate with HR teams to automate processes and improve system workflows.Support data entry processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
