Independently solves routine problems/issues. Seeks advice/input on more complex problems
Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Joint responsibility with the Project Manager for ensuring that all Fisher Clinical Services activities occur in a timely manner to meet the customer and project requirements
Collaborates with internal partners to finalize project specifications. May work directly with client. This may include meetings either at Fisher Clinical Services or at the client's premises
Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure that all services and products are ready as required by the customer
Use of appropriate tools to communicate milestones as well as critical path activities and responsibilities
Monitors project activities and day to day business
Creates and/ or supports creation of operational documentation using internal systems. Create bill of materials in GPM and coordinate creation, review and submission of billing packages
Provides back-up support to the Project Manager
Assists in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken
Timely provision of reports and other information to internal /external customers as applicable
Initiates the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work product delivered to internal and external customers is of a consistently high standard
Performs investigations and resolves conflict both internally and externally
Interacts with Quality Assurance personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure
Responsible for revenue recognition and verifies final billing information for Accounting Department prior to invoices release
Actively participates in cross-functional business process improvement activities
Recognizes strategic opportunities for process improvements
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited 2-year college, recognized professional degree, or transferrable experience preferably from a regulated environment
Proven experience interfacing with customers in a dynamic environment
Understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions (problem-solving abilities) and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
Strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include excellent relationship building
Excellent communication, organizational skills and project co-ordination skills
Ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of internal or external clients to meet or exceed their expectations
Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to learn and master all internal systems associated with projects (e.g., Salesforce, GPM, Trackwise)
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited 4-year college / university, recognized professional degree, or transferrable experience preferably from a regulated environment
1 year's experience in either logistics or food / pharmaceutical packaging
1 year's experience interfacing with customers in a dynamic environment
In depth understanding of clinical trials
