TT Curing Floor Supervisor

The TT Curing Floor Supervisor will:Responsible for supervising CVT curing activities, insuring safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping.  Coordinate the workforce and follow company policies, maintain accurate production reporting and training of employees and conducting disciplinary actions. The CVT Curing Floor Supervisor is responsible for the CVT Curing operations on a shift, which includes curing presses, molds, and machine setup.Responsible for Production and production efficiencies.Perform all required administrative paperwork.Ensure quality guidelines are met.Collaborate regularly with Maintenance.Coordinate work assignments and manning.Provide a safe work environment.Responsible for housekeeping and alignment in curing area.Ensure proper machinery set up.Provide the proper skill sets on training required for employees to perform the job.Ability to cover the Lead Supervisor if needed.Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager.Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
