A&P MechanicLocation: Naperville, IllinoisCompensation: $30 - $43/hourJob Description:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced A&P Mechanic to join a small, family-owned company. You will primarily work on Cessna and other general aviation (GA) aircraft, performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The work includes oil changes, 100-hour inspections, and addressing other maintenance needs as they arise. The company has recently secured a new charter and flight school, resulting in increased demand for aircraft maintenance services.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, 100-hour inspections, and general repairs on Cessna and other GA aircraft.
Conduct necessary repairs and adjustments on aircraft systems and components.
Collaborate with team members to ensure aircraft are serviced in a timely manner to meet charter and flight school requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed in compliance with FAA regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working on piston-engine aircraft.
General aviation (GA) experience required.
A&P License (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
IA (Inspection Authorization) is a plus.
