Job Description

Are you a student interested in building real-world multimedia design experience with an award-winning organization? We’re a forward-thinking customer solution driven organization looking for a talented and knowledgeable student with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for detail.

Assist with daily design tasks to support Training and Development projects, as assigned. Support design needs for a variety of channels, including print, digital, web, video and others. Assist with creative development, collateral updates, version control and photography needs. Candidate will have experience working in PC environments. Must be proficient in basic design programs, including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing software. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills. Organized, dependable and detail oriented. A team player who thrives on collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact and collaborate with team members, business leaders, and HR partners to create training solutions to enhance Third Party Pet® learning experience
  • Ability to understand and translate brainstorming ideas and requirements in design concepts and storyboards
  • Utilize technology to facilitate employee participation through various channels that drive learning and increased knowledge using blended learning, video-based learning, animation, infographics and gamification
  • Create visual concepts using wide range computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate learners
  • Organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement multiple projects within established timelines
  • Ability to design deliverable'sin accordance with best practices and company standards
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design major preferred
  • Be able to commit to 20-25 hours per week to the program
  • Proficient in Adobe suite of products (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Interest in education environment a plus
