- Middleware administration and installation experience
- Scripting experience
- Solid knowledge of the ORMB/ORMBA BI and ODI activities related to the Oracle Patches, custom and product releases, upgrades:
- ORMB/ORMBA BI and ODI deployment support,
- ORMB/ORMBA BI and ODI installation and configurations,
- ORMB/ORMBA BI and ODI new environments/instances setup
- ORMB/ORMBA BI and ODI Refreshes and Cloning Experience
- Responsible for managing environment , configuration environment governance and continuous improvements
- Prepare circulate release document coordinate production releases among teams
- Create ServiceNow change tickets and represent in CAB to obtain approval Ensure all release gate criteria are met and necessary sign offs are obtained before the release and communicate release summary to all stakeholders
- Act as liaison between Source Business team Design Architecture team Development Support team and Quality Release team
- Work closely with the Technical Project Managers UAT users and Business Users during the Planning Analysis phase and Implementation phase of the applications
- Coordinate releases to ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected and that the correct components are released
- Diagnose all root causes to recommend required actions and assist to define and classify all issues and projects to avoid reoccurrence of issues and prepare automation responses if required
- Ensure all operational and other documentation affected by any implementation are updated across all dependent systems
