Lead, manage, and accountable for all Retail messaging, acting as a gatekeeper and filter for all communication received and distributed from across the company to the stores including but not limited to Store Operations emails, weekly recaps, etc. to applicable departments and/or audiences
Create, maintain, and edit to documentation standards and approach for resources to be packaged, utilized, and accessed by store associates including managing and curating the CBH StoreSite
Own and manage the store calendar, including the ongoing business focus, leadership calls, events, planned initiatives, store training, etc
Demonstrate understanding of retail audience and responsibilities, adapting as appropriate and ensure relevance in all interactions with store associates and development of resources pertaining to business focus
Hold the Store Operations and cross functional teams accountable to deliver on time, and ensure that messaging is succinct, understandable and applicable, in order for stores to execute efficiently and timely
Analyze and utilize data and financial metrics to determine improvement and next steps
Coordinate all communication routines for the Store Operations team and meetings with specific store positions and the area/regional teams
Develop strong partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Technology and HR/Talent and Organizational development teams to ensure consistency in branding, messaging and team development
Drive process improvement for stores - continually removing or streamlining work that does not enhance the customer and associate experience

Demonstrate high level execution skills - scoping, planning, leadership, delivery, follow up
Ability to use data insight to assess, make decisions, and track results and trends to drive sales and customer experience
Strong communication skills in developing content, training and presentations for area of expertise
Passion for retail environment with demonstrated commitment to side by side in store experience and team interactions
Innovative and creative with resources available - willingness to take risks to discover new ways of approaching work
Ability to quickly and effectively assess, flex, and shift own and team work to meet ongoing business priorities

3-5 years retail sales, marketing, merchandising or equivalent experience
Retail leadership experience preferred
Facility with Google, Microsoft work suite, micro strategies, and tools needed to perform functions, preferred
