Description· Review personnel files for all FT faculty, adjunct faculty, and Administrative & detail oriented staff for credential information, specifically:o Finding the transcripts in the personnel fileso Reviewing the transcripts for each higher education institution the employee graduated from along with the degree received· Entering the institution and degree received for each employee on and Excel spreadsheet· Reviewing the spreadsheet with HR staff (for missing transcripts, determining the correct degree, etc.)· Entering the institution and degree received for each employee into Colleague (IASU screen)RequirementsSkills Needed:· Basic knowledge of Excel· Proficient data entry skills· Detail oriented· Ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to work with minimum supervisionOfficeTeam is the world's leader in professional staffing for office support jobs, focusing exclusively on the temporary and temporary-to-full-time placement of professionals in the administrative field.
