We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to assist with property upkeep and light renovations across 4 rental units in Galesburg, IL.
Responsibilities include:
General repairs and unit renovations
Lawn care and basic exterior maintenance
Rekeying locks and minor hardware work
Posting signs and tenant notices
Assisting with other on-site maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Basic tools and repair skills required
Experience in property maintenance or handyman work preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
