CT Business LeaderThis role leads the CT Business in North America, responsible for the achievement of both equipment and service sales targets, as well as overall performance in market.Your role:
Represent the CT global business unit in North America, and be the voice for NAM in the global BU
Lead the Sales Specialist team, Marketing team, and partnering with Clinical Education and other Service partners to drive the overall business performance and grow market share in North America.
Team within Philips with the National Sales Leader and central NAM Account Executive teams to drive CT business growth and profitability.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in CT expertise, including any of the following: sales, marketing, research, application/utilization.
Your skills include business and financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and outstanding people management skills.
You should have a solid understanding of the imaging market in North America.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
Significant travel is required across North America for this role.

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $325,000 to $400,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
