Responsibilities:
Assist senior mechanics with vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks
Perform basic tire mounting, balancing, and repairs
Support yard operations, including organizing tools, equipment, and parts
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop and yard areas
Help with loading and unloading tires and automotive parts
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to learn and take direction
Basic mechanical aptitude a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Reliable transportation to and from work
