Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Director/Manager - As part of a growing Wealth Management firm, you will have the responsibility to oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including interaction with the IRS, leading tax audits, and aiding in the development of policies and procedures.Salary: $170,000 - $200,000, plus potential bonus and 401KBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, company paid Life and A& D insuranceResponsibilities: Manage partnership tax compliance processes. Coordinate and lead tax audits to ensure compliance. Assist in the interaction with the IRS to resolve issues and queries. Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures. Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting tax data. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all corporate tax activities. Identify and implement strategies for corporate tax compliance improvement. Oversee the process of responding to IRS inquiries and audits. Ensure the company's adherence to tax laws and regulations. Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated and efficient tax strategies.Requirements Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a Tax Director/Manager - Corporate Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Corporate Tax Compliance Proficiency in conducting audits and managing audit processes High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models Excellent understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop tax strategies and policies that align with company objectives Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex tax issues High level of precision in work output Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certification such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
