Bilingual Virtual Help Desk Operator - Remote / Telecommute

We are looking for

• Client is seeking a virtual Help Desk Operator to create work orders and engage maintenance technicians for facilities/production maintenance calls.
• This position will:
• Input facilities requests into a Work Order Management System via phone calls or email; maintain and update records, reports; and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience working as a help desk or customer service field.
• Able to work remotely from home (high speed Internet, quiet work area, limited distractions).
• This position will require various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules.
• Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.

• Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.

• Experience dispatching/ logging tickets for trade service technicians. - Maximo/SAP experience.
