Job Title: Material Handler ForkliftJob DescriptionThe Material Handler is responsible for moving raw materials across different departments and ensuring the teams have the material needed to manufacture products. They are also responsible for staging final products for shipping. The secondary duty of material handlers is to remove scrap boxes and cardboard from the facility by recycling. The job is very simple. At the start of the shift, the material handlers will be tasked with what line needs what raw material. They will drive the equipment (or walk it) to the location, grab the material, and deliver it to the line on foot via pallet jack, cart, or carrying small boxes. If they are placed on the outbound side, they'll have finished product boxes that they'll need to stage for outbound loading and shipment.Requirements
1+ year of experience on a Sit Down or Stand Up Forklift (Only will be working it 20-30% of time)
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to handle repetitive motion
