A Warehouse Dispatch Admin - Inbound role involves managing the administrative tasks related to receiving and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with warehouse staff and vendors to facilitate timely deliveries. Change the stamper to the current date. Enter inbound freight from BOL in CDM; route to the proper location. Verify the skid count on the paperwork.  Document any damage or shortages on the BOL. Have drivers initial the BOL.  Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams.  Monitor radio. Work with the cross-dock team to resolve any issues/questions with the inbound freight.  Pre-enter Dayton Freight and Marr Road shipments.  Scan “checked out” paperwork. File proper paperwork in the folder. Cross train on other job functions within Dispatch.  Monitor/Answer emails, hot shipments, questions, etc. Answer customer phone calls, assist with inquiries.  Must be able to work overtime including weekends.
