DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Case Manager to add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Community Support Services department providing Assertive Community Treatment services to clients assigned to the team.$2,000 Sign-On BONUS offered for this position(Bonuses are paid half after 90 days of employment and half after 180 days of employment.)WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Assertive Community Treatment services to clients assigned to the team.
This position will provide case management, skills training and development and other clinical services in a community setting.WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related Human Service field.
Knowledge of available community resources is preferred.
Previous work with the SMI population is highly preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
