Duties
- 8 Hours shift
- Monday till Saturday
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components to ensure they are functioning properly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely
- Follow safety procedures and regulations when working on HVAC systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills Needed:
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC system components
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in plumbing and pipefitting for HVAC systems
- Knowledge of welding techniques for HVAC system repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving duties
