Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Technician III contribute to our operations team in Fort Wayne, IN.  This individual under limited supervision, is responsible for performing complex diagnostics and repairs, relating to distribution center facilities and equipment. Process Improvement is another core value, and through innovations such as voice and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies, as well as feedback from our associates, we work towardSchedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm (OT when required - During the week and weekends)What You'll Need:Technical Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience5+ years in an facility maintenance position, with 2+ years in electrical repair2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experiencePreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Good understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.Electrical troubleshooting ability, with understanding of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.Advanced understanding of PLC.Ability to create Preventative Maintenance and training documentation.Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception), hearing, and drug screen exams for safe operation of motorized equipmentAbility to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipmentWhat You'll Do:Prioritizes and schedules equipment repairs and Preventative Maintenance, in collaboration with the management team.Assists in determining needs for equipment, parts and supplies.Evaluates equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment. Ensures repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements. Performs complex technical skills, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facility machines.Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.Detects faulty operations, defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.Operates motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift, order selector, pallet jack, floor sweet, etc.Complies with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.Partners with leadership to drive successful implementation of team objectives.Effectively communicates technical/automation needs and concerns to internal and external customers, to include Engineering.Collaborates with Engineering and vendors to ensure target achievements in technical/maintenance support.
