Youth Care Worker Highlights:
Provide consistent therapeutic care for at-risk children (ages 6-18) afflicted with emotional and behavioral disorders in treatment and group home facilities
2nd shift (2:30 pm-11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (10:30 pm-7:00 am), including weekends
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - training is provided!
$12.50-$14.00/Hour
Full Time
Experienced Direct Care Workers (DCW) or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are welcome to apply!
Youth Care Worker Requirements:
Background working with at-risk youths or those with behavioral or emotional disorders desirable
1 year of experience working with youths in a treatment, residential or group home setting is a plus
Must be willing to submit to background checks and drug screen
Unparalleled communication rapport and compassion
Minimum age of 21 years
Valid driver's license
