Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assemble and disassemble engine components as needed for repairs.
Conduct brake repair, hydraulic system maintenance, and alignment services.
Utilize welding techniques for repairs and modifications as required.
Operate forklifts and other machinery safely while performing tasks.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within a dealership or repair facility.
Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.
Proficiency in brake repair, hydraulics, alignment, and welding techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
