Masterbrand is seeking an experienced leader to serve as a Maintenance Supervisor in Goshen, Indiana to coordinate the needs of the Maintenance department.  This role will act as the primary contact point for the Maintenance Department for outside contacts.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and Planning Projects and PMsPM Coordination across 4 shiftsPM updates and startup for new equipmentProject Coordination with cross-functional teamsManage multiple projects concurrentlyOpportunities for project interaction with senior MBCI leadershipVendor & Contractor ManagementManaging daily contractor needs and schedulingManaging contractor quoting, purchase orders, and billingCMMS & Daily ManagementManaging the output of MBCI’s CMMS system and reportingManaging the KPI’s for the departments Daily ManagementInventory ControlManages direct reports in charge of Maintenance and spare parts cribManages direct reports in charge of MRO cribSafety ComplianceManages contractors in MBCI CMSSupports Maintenance TechniciansPrimary Contact for Fire Notification ServiceSupport compliance with municipal and state regulatory agenciesSchedule:Day shift role Monday-FridayRole encompasses responsibilities to flex coverage for off-shift and weekends as needed
