Maintenance TechnicianElectrical & Mechanical | Manufacturing | 12- Hour Night Shift, 6 PM - 6AM (Schedule 2-2-3)Avery Dennison is seeking a hands-on electrical maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing environment.This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting and repair. Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into the "why" behind a machine failure? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn’t just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long-term reliability.Key Responsibilities:Expert Troubleshooting: Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.Electrical Mastery: Repair and maintain high-voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.PLC Diagnostic: Use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).Preventative Maintenance: Execute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.Safe Operations: Perform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Collaboration: Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.
