NineStar Connect - Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee and coordinate construction projects across our Telecom, Electric, Water, and Wastewater systems. This role is key in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.You’ll work closely with contractors, vendors, utility locators, and internal departments to track project progress, resolve field discrepancies, process work orders, and provide accurate communication to both customers and internal teams.What You’ll DoOversee construction projects for Telecom, Electric, Water, and Wastewater infrastructure.Supervise and inspect contractor and field crew work to ensure quality and safety standards.Conduct site surveys, coordinate material availability, and resolve mapping discrepancies.Monitor project timelines, adjust schedules, and resolve delays.Respond to customer and coworker inquiries regarding service availability, installation methods, and project timelines.Review and process work orders with accounting for proper documentation and cost tracking.Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA, RUS, and industry standards.
