Description:Job Description:Seeking an entry level candidate for a data entry/data analysis role.This person will be processing payments from patients. Patients will fill out slips from their bills/statements using their personal banking information - this will be sent to the PO box in Greensburg. This person will be responsible for processing these payments within their internal systems and the Agent Portal (shared site for client transparency).In addition, they will be working on reconciliations. They will be working off of an Excel Spreadsheet that serves as an inventory for accounts and their specific balances. Inventory comes from hospital and they reconcile it vs the internal documentation. What is missing? What is current? Is the balance correct? Did we miss an insurance payment? Was there a credit on their account? Was there a late charge? End goal is to eventually be able to post the payments/adjustments for these accounts (handled by the payment posting team)Shift: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm) - Flexible as long as 8 hours are worked during the hours of 7:30am and 5pm EST.Skills:Administrative skills, Document process, Customer service, Microsoft office, Microsoft word, reconciliation, Customer supportTop Skills Details:Administrative skills, Document process, Customer service, Microsoft office, Microsoft word, reconciliationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves:
2+ years of Data Entry / Administrative environments handling sensitive information
Must have experience using Excel for data entry. (pivot tables experience, vlookups - not required but beneficial/preferred)
Experience working with external parties
Experience using CRMs / Internal systems (will be required to use multiple)
Tech Savvy (dual monitors)
Prefer someone who has an interest in discovering trends or errors on their inventory reports (Did all payments from this date have the same error? Hospital ABC is not posting credits or late payments.)
