Technical Leadership & Assay ExecutionProvide scientific leadership in effector function testing for biologics.Design and perform cell-based assays to support preclinical development.Execute ELISAs, luciferase reporter assays, and flow cytometry.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure data integrity.Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and support for study reports.Operational & Quality OversightMaintain laboratory cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.Demonstrate strong client service, teamwork, and collaboration.Proactively plan and multitask to optimize productivity.Ensure adherence to the company’s quality policy and identify/correct deviations.Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.Approve employee time entries and support company policies and procedures​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Team Supervision & DevelopmentCoach, train, and mentor team members to support their professional growth.Foster a positive team environment that promotes motivation and morale.Coordinate daily workflow and monitor progress to meet turnaround times (TAT).Conduct performance reviews, manage job plans, and participate in succession planning.Interview candidates and maintain accurate training records for assigned staff.
