Description We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure that our accounting operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for all general accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, tax computations, and preparation of financial statements.Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank, credit card and all balance sheet accounts.
Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; perform variance analyses.
Prepare documentation for external auditors.
Ensure compliance with state revenue service requirements.
Manage and maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Excellent numerical skills and knowledge of data analysis procedures.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
