Description We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes and providing valuable assistance to both employees and management. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire position is based here in the Indianapolis, IN area.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.

Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
