The OpportunityAs part of the Technology Strategy Generalist team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful IT operating models. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for leading integrated operating model transformations and understanding IT organization design and IT workforce of the future.Responsibilities

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience

Proficiency in Operating Model and Organization Structure
Strategic sourcing and process automation
Proficiency in performance measurement and data & analytics
Leadership in integrated operating model transformations
Knowledge of IT Op model design & Road mapping

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
