Loan Administrator

Description We are in search of a Loan Administrator to join our team located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role will be centered around the financial sector, and will involve managing daily ACH payments processing, handling loan documentation, and processing loan advance requests. This position provides a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Implement loan policies and procedures while suggesting changes where necessary. Handle title commitment orders from title company/attorney for loans secured with real estate. Communicate with borrowers regarding returned payments. Manage month-end loan adjustments/actions. Provide backup for loan insurance process, including renewals, cancellations, force- placed coverage, and new policies for properties. Track, update, and follow up on payment of invoices related to loans/lines of credit. Order and/or follow up on third party reports (i.e., BPO, Appraisal, ESA Phase I). Prepare Releases for pay offs. Use accounting software systems, CRM, automated underwriting system, Calyx, and About Time to perform job functions. Utilize skills in appraisals, auditing, and closing processes for commercial lending.
