Our Client is looking for a Information Technology Project Coordinator. Top Skills - Must have 3-5 years of IT Project coordination experience - Experience with resource planning, scheduling, and budget management ideal -Working within software projects and applications -Ability to manage multiple IT projects at any given time -Agile experience Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator who is experienced with supporting project managers and complex IT projects within enterprise size clients. Key Responsibilities: Work with account teams to gather necessary information to initiate new projects Manage assigned small projects Work directly with clients on engagements for scheduling Schedule Kick-off meetings for all participants in a project Create meeting minutes for assigned small projects Track equipment delivery schedules Maintain accurate project information in systems Monitor project financials and deadlines closely, escalate accordingly if problems are foreseen Track project changes File project documents for archival reasons Coordinate Sub Contractors' Time Entry to ensure invoice accuracy Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience Experience 3+ years of related experience in managing or coordinating IT Projects Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including client-facing consulting skills Good organizational skills; detailed oriented Ability to coordinate projects efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent communication (Oral/Written) Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must be a self-starter Need to come from a team environment, working with multiple team member both technical and non-technical Experience Level:Intermediate Level About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
