This position require an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications for SAP Senior Project Manager• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications for SAP Senior Project Manager
  • At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
  • Ideal candidate should have worked as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role
  • End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology
  • Should have managed atleast 1 SAP S4HANA implementation project
  • Minimum 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs as project manager
  • Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile)
  • Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependence between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
  • Good hands on experience on project management & MS office (MS project , Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.
