Assist the talent management team in planning, executing, and monitoring talent management processes and programs, such as succession planning, executive integration, and leadership appointments

Research and learn the best practices and trends in the talent management field and share the findings and recommendations with the team

Aid the development of presentation materials for key leadership meetings

Help with the planning, logistics, and administration of meetings and other talent management initiatives

Collect, analyze, and report data and metrics related to talent management processes and outcomes

Complete moderate to complex analyses, and based on results of analyses, proactively offer solutions, process efficiencies and/or improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent, relevant HR experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development or business administration or relevant work experience

Knowledge of PeopleSoft; be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SuccessFactors knowledge a plus

Possess intermediate understanding of HR principles; foundational knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations preferred; ability to work independently and will be accountable for defined project roles within a larger scope project, process, or program, ultimately reporting directly to their PML in most situations

Able to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees; capability to develop clear and concise written communications; possess problem-solving skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills, as well as foundational presentation and facilitation skills; high level of organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to organize and manage personal workload over the long term to meet deliverable expectations effectively
