Hiring part time property community manager!
Job role and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Enforcing community rules to ensure a safe and clean environment for all
- Meeting with 3rd party contractors when needed
- Showing vacancies to prospective tenants
- File evictions at the courthouse when needed
- Being an ambassador for the community
Skills required:
- Must know how to use email and send attachments
- Must have a smartphone
- Person should be organized and deliver items by dates requested
- People person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Part time: 8-12 hours a week
Compensation: $850 a month + commission for new move-ins.
