NCW is now hiring production associates for a full-time opportunity located on the north east side of Indianapolis. This opportunity is on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), and offers overtime, benefits upon a probationary period, and pay increases with tenure. You will be responsible for operating production machines, material handling, inspecting parts, and assisting with inventory efforts. Pay starts out at $18.56/hr.
Requirements:
-Prior production experience
-Reliable transportation
-Steel toed boots
-Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
