Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager with accounting skills to keep our office running smoothly and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be trained by the current office manager before she retires.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and month-end closings
Maintain organized records and support HR documentation
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and team members
Support leadership with scheduling, purchasing, and general office needs
Qualifications:
3+ years of office management or accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
Proficient in QuickBooks Contractor Version and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
