We are looking for an experienced maintenance person to handle occupied work orders, rehab units between tenants, occasional grounds work. Experience in carpentry, minor plumbing, electric, HVAC is very helpful. Must have basic tools and a truck to haul materials. We offer competitive wages of $15 - $18 per hour based on your experience level. Paid vacation and holidays. Sorry, no insurance or retirement benefits available.
